Experience: 3 years relevant experience in cooking at a hotel/Restaurants
Contract Details:
Period: One year Contract
Office: Cape Town based employees
Duties:
- Cooking of menus (healthy meals)
- Quality of control of food
- Assist with stock management
- Assist with waste management (minimum waste)
- Assist with the planning of the events booked.
- Cleaning
- Setting up venues
- Kitchen hygiene is practiced and adhered to
