Job Description
A well-established Tourism company requires a Creditors Clerk to join their team.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years experience Pastel & Excel essential
Must be able to work as part of a team and independently
Proven ability to calculate, post and manage accounting figures and financial records
Data entry skills along with a knack for numbers
Hands-on experience with spreadsheets
Proficiency in English and in MS Office
Customer service orientation and negotiation skills
High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
Hospitality Background
Tasks will include but not limited to:
Invoice capturing
Reconciliations of outstanding creditors
Processing on Pastel A MUST
Prepare bills, invoices, and bank deposits
Must have contactable references
