About the Role
Hire Resolve is seeking an experienced Design Architect to join their team in Cape Town. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-end residential and commercial projects, utilizing their expertise in Revit, Rhino, Enscape, AutoCAD, Lumion, and Twinmotion.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop architectural plans for high-end residential and commercial projects
- Collaborate with clients to understand project requirements and deliver tailored solutions
- Utilize BIM knowledge to enhance project efficiency and accuracy
- Work on UAE-based projects (advantageous)
Requirements
- 5-8 years of experience in high-end residential and commercial projects
- Master’s Degree in Architecture
- Proficient in Revit
- Working knowledge of Rhino, Enscape, AutoCAD, Lumion, Twinmotion
- BIM knowledge is advantageous
