Job Summary
Cape Town – Western Cape – South Africa
- Process customer orders and ensure accurate invoice capturing.
- Assist in financial reporting to maintain accuracy, compliance, and operational efficiency.
- Support stock management tasks in coordination with the Johannesburg warehousing team.
- Perform reconciliations and verify financial data to uphold integrity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline financial and operational processes.
- Contribute to ad-hoc projects and reporting as required by the General Manager.
- A relevant degree or equivalent qualification in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP, basic formulas).
- Prior experience in finance administration or a similar role is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills for team collaboration.
- Curious and eager to learn about the skincare distribution industry.
