We are looking for a passionate and disciplined Demi-Chef de Partie to join this world-class culinary team on a fixed-term basis. Core criteria:

• Culinary Certificate/Diploma
• Preferably 2-3 years of previous experience as a Demi Chef De Partie
• Excellent interpersonal & communication skills, written and verbal
• Strong customer service orientation with excellent people skills
• Ability to maintain a professional working relationship with all departments
• Comfortable in dealing with very distinguished clientele
• Professional manner and attitude
• Punctual & self-disciplined
• Extreme attention to detail
• The ideal candidate must reside in Stellenbosch or the close surrounding areas.
