UWP Group are a digital marketing agency based in the UK (currently working remotely) and have a vacancy for a Graphic Designer.We have a tight-knit team and our main services are SEO, PPC, web design and build, content creation and social media management.Our clients range from small startups to larger firms in professional services, retail, travel, sports, property and other industries.Who youll be:The perfect candidate will have a taste for design and visuals in general, and will be flexible enough to work on a wide variety of commercial projects.Extensive experience in the field is not a requirement, at any point in time we will prioritise passion for the craft, great attitude, ability to accept constructive criticism and keenness to bypass personal biases when fulfilling the brief.Must have knowledge:Understanding of file formats and their uses (SVG, PNG, JPG, PDF)Excellent understanding of both, vector and raster graphicsAbility to deploy documents for appropriate use (print/web)Understanding of resolution and DPIUnderstanding of colour profiles (RGB/CMYK)Best UI/UX practicesTypographyVideo editing skillsFamiliarity with common ad formats and ad creation for major platforms (e.g. Google, Meta, LinkedIn, Reddit etc)Attention to detailSoftware skills (at least one for each category):Adobe Photoshop (raster)Affinity Photo (raster)Gimp (raster)Krita (raster)Important: With your application, please attach a few examples of your work.
