About the Role
HotelJobs is seeking an experienced and skilled Group Reservations Consultant to join their team in Greenpoint, Cape Town. As a key member of the reservations department, you will be responsible for managing daily administrative tasks, responding to customer enquiries, and ensuring seamless guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily administrative tasks pertaining to the reservation elements of the business.
- Respond to queries’ and assist our customers by telephone and email.
- Team player with high regard for efficiency and service excellence to clients
- Prioritize and manage tasks independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Maintain effective customer relationships and actively resolve guest complaints.
Requirements
- 3-5 years previous experience in reservations for a 4/5 star establishment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in Nebula is highly beneficial.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
