About the Role
At Fluent, we craft experiences that leave a lasting impression. As a Guest Experience Host, you’ll be the face of our brand, welcoming Guests with warmth, professionalism, and a deep sense of pride in the properties we manage.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and check in Guests with a confident, personal touch
- Ensure seamless arrivals and departures
- Handle Guest requests and complaints with grace, urgency, and resolve
- Assist with pre-arrival communication and coordinate concierge requests
- Collaborate with housekeeping and operations to ensure units are Guest-ready

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented; dependable, and proactive
- Ability to stay calm under pressure
- Previous hospitality or customer-facing experience preferred
- Fluent in English (bonus points for additional languages)
