Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Process customer orders received via phone and email accurately and timeously
- Prepare and issue quotes and invoices within set turnaround times
- Serve as the primary internal point of contact for stock availability, lead times, and order status queries
- Liaise with warehouse and logistics teams to prioritise urgent orders and resolve any delivery issues
- Support account managers and external sales staff with administrative tasks and upselling opportunities
- Provide backup support to the repairs and rental administrator when required
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 2–5 years’ experience in an internal sales, sales support, or sales admin role
- Manufacturing industry experience preferred not essential
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order processing and documentation
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional telephone manner
- Ability to multitask and remain composed under pressure
- A proactive, solution-oriented approach to problem solving
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
