Job Summary
- Deliver engaging and personalized online tutoring sessions tailored to students` needs.
- Assess students progress and adapt teaching strategies to improve learning outcomes.
- Develop and execute lesson plans based on the students curriculum and areas of difficulty.
- Create a positive, supportive learning environment to encourage student participation.
- Utilize online platforms and tools effectively to deliver lessons (e.g., Zoom, Google Classroom).
- Maintain communication with students and parents, providing updates on progress and challenges.
- Bachelor`s Degree in Education (B.Ed.) OR Postgraduate Certificate in Education (PGCE) OR Diploma in Teaching.
- A minimum of 4-6 + years Maths primary school or up to Grade 12.
- The client is only interested in candidates who can tutor in the following areas: Maths Primary school or up to Grade 12.
- Prior experience in Tutoring or Teaching, especially in an online setting, is highly desirable.
- Strong command of the subject matter and ability to simplify complex concepts.
- Excellent communication skills
- Essential to be computer literate using different applications ie. Zoom, Calendly.
- Proficient in using digital tools and platforms for remote teaching.
- Access to a reliable computer and stable internet connection.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience, adaptability, and a passion for helping students succeed.
