Formal qualification in hospitality, business, or a related field Minimum 10 – 15 years of hospitality experience, with 5+ in senior leadership Previous experience in upmarket properties such as boutique hotels or high-end dining establishments Well-versed in the local travel and food scene, with strong insight into guest expectations in the Cape Town market Comfortable using industry software Highly competent in financial planning, reporting, and commercial decision-making Strong leadership presence with the ability to inspire, develop, and retain high-performing teams Maintains composure in high-pressure situations Excellent communication skills Valid Drivers Licence ??????
