About the Role
Lewis Stores (PTY) Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Human Resource Officer to support HR Metrics and Organizational Development initiatives. The ideal candidate will be based at our Head office in Woodstock and will specifically focus on HR Data Metrics and Organizational Development initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Support in gathering and compiling HR data from various sources, including HRIS, payroll outputs, and employee surveys.
- Maintaining and updating HR databases and records.
- Ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
- Analyzing HR data to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
- Generating reports and dashboards to present findings to HR teams and leadership.
- Monitoring key HR metrics, such as turnover rates, employee satisfaction, and absenteeism.
Requirements
- Grade 12 (Senior Certificate)
- Human Resources Degree/Diploma
- Valid Drivers License
- A minimum of 3-5 years in a Human Resource generalist role
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel Advanced)
- High attention to detail
- Able to manage a diverse HR agenda with a proven ability to prioritize and manage time
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of HR policies and procedures.
