Conduct job evaluations and benchmarking across all Paterson levels.
Oversee job evaluations & descriptions ensuring company standards are met
Compile final salary increase recommendations for approval
Implement and manage a project bonus system for projects
Conduct & analyse compensation/benefits data to identify trends, gaps & improvement
Prepare reports for senior management, Remuneration Committee, and stakeholders
Track the company’s reward programs & recommend improvements
Ensure all reward programs are in line with local labour laws, corporate governance codes& best practice standards
Develop and maintain internal policies and procedures
Act as an advisor to the Human Capital team, Senior Management & HR team
Drive initiatives ensuring employees feel valued and fairly compensated
Conduct employee surveys and identify areas for improvement.
Provide training to HR team & Snr Management on remuneration trends & policies
Conduct workshops and seminars on the company`s reward framework
Assist the Head of Human Capital and Change Management with succession planning
Collaborate with Skills & Development Partner maintaining career pathing programs
Manage annual hiring planning process, consolidating role requests, benchmarking positions, facilitating approval process with the Remuneration Committee
