About the Role
As an HVAC Project Co-ordinator with NDC Personnel, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful delivery of HVAC projects from initiation to completion. Your responsibilities will include coordinating project scoping for quotations, managing technical site issues and escalations, and overseeing project close-out processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate project implementation from initiation to completion
- Manage technical site issues and escalations
- Ensure timely resolution through effective coordination
- Assist with daily stock identification
- Support project logistics
- Oversee project close-out processes, including invoicing and final quality sign-off
Requirements
- Grade 12 (Matric) qualification
- Minimum of 8 years’ experience in HVAC maintenance, projects, or project management
- Proficiency in MS Office required
