Were looking for a Junior Account Executive to join our Sales team. This is a great opportunity for someone eager to break into B2B technology sales, build strong client relationships, and drive new business growth through proactive outreach.
What Youll Be Doing
- New Business Generation: Research, identify, and reach out to potential clients through cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and networking.
- Lead Qualification: Engage with prospects to understand their needs and position Ellos services as solutions.
- Pipeline Growth: Book meetings and demos for senior sales staff, contributing directly to the sales pipeline.
- Client Outreach: Be the first point of contact for new opportunities and ensure professional follow-up.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the Sales, Marketing, and Technical teams to deliver a seamless client experience.
- Learning & Growth: Develop your sales skills, product knowledge, and business acumen with mentorship from experienced team members.
What Were Looking For
- Entry-level / early career candidate with a passion for sales and technology.
- Confident communicator who isnt afraid of cold outreach and high-volume prospecting.
- Driven and resilient you handle rejection positively and keep pushing forward.
- Organized and proactive, able to manage your time and tasks independently.
- Ambitious and coachable eager to learn, grow, and achieve results.
