About the Role
Hire Resolve is currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Foreman / General Engineering Supervisor to join our prestigious client’s mining team in Mpumalanga. As the Senior Foreman / General Engineering Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all engineering operations at the mining site.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and oversee all engineering operations at the mining site
- Ensure the efficient functioning and maintenance of equipment
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations
- Implement and monitor compliance with safety regulations
- Analyze data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
- Manage and develop a team of engineering professionals
Requirements
- Grade 12
- Minimum N3
- Electrical or Mechanical trade certificate
- Flameproof certificate
- Gas testing certificate
- Certificate in management (advantageous)
- Valid drivers license
- Minimum of 10 years experience on underground Inbye machines
- Minimum of 5 years management or supervisory experience
