Job Description
FRONT OF HOUSE MANAGER (LODGES)
KARATU & MANYARA Region, TANZANIA
START: January 2026 (2-year contract with annual leave)
TRADING HOURS & SHIFTS
- Monday – Sunday
- Flexible / hours based on operations & season
- Annual Leave & Time off in accordance with TZ law
REPORT TO: Lodge General Manager / Department head
SALARY & COMPANY BENEFITS
- USD 1,200 – 1,500 per month
- Company Accommodation provided
- Meals provided
- Visa & Flights covered by the Employer
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- Passport valid for traveling
- Formal Hospitality-related qualification
- Administration or Secretarial Certification – BONUS
- Clear criminal record & sober habits
- Prior Guest Relations / Concierge or Front of House Reception experience (Lodge / Tented Camp / Safari)
EXPERIENCE:
- 2+ Years experience in Front Office environment
- Excellent customer relations and complaint handling
- Fluency in Opera / IDS PMS, MS Word & Excel
- Strong leadership of reception, concierge & reservations teams
