Job Description:

Hire Resolve is seeking a highly skilled Management Accountant to join our client’s team in the FMCG industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing financial data, providing insights and recommendations to support decision-making processes, and supporting the overall financial health of the business.

Responsibilities:

– Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports, including budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis
– Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic planning and decision-making
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and recommendations
– Conduct profitability analysis for various products, markets, and business units
– Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and long-term financial plans
– Evaluate and monitor key performance indicators to identify trends and potential areas of improvement
– Provide ad-hoc financial analysis and support to senior management as needed

Qualifications:

– Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CIMA certification is a must
– 3-5 years of experience in management accounting, preferably in the FMCG industry or similar
– Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
– Proficient in financial modeling and data analysis tools
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team
– High level of attention to detail and accuracy
