Job Summary
Key Responsibilities:
-
Property Portfolio & Investment Reporting:Oversee and analyse the financial performance of a wide-ranging property portfolio. Deliver financial reports covering ROI, capital expenditure, and operational efficiency.

Global Financial Reporting:Lead the preparation of financial statements across the UK and Dubai. Ensure seamless reporting integration and compliance with international standards.

Strategic Financial Planning & Analysis:Deliver detailed financial forecasts and business insights to support strategic growth, acquisitions, and investment decisions.

Ownership & Leadership:Take full ownership of all financial processes and systems. Champion continuous improvement, performance measurement, and team empowerment.
Requirements
Requirements:

Fully qualified ACA/ ACCA/ CIMA accountant (or equivalent), with strong knowledge of property and investment finance
-
4+ years experience in management accounting, preferably within real estate, property investment, or international finance
-
Proven ability to produce detailed financial reports and strategic business cases
-
Knowledge of UK and international accounting standards (Dubai exposure a plus)
-
Strong communication skills, with a confident and collaborative mindset
-
Ability to work independently in a growing, fast-moving environment
-
Visionary thinking with the ability to align finance with broader business goals
