Marketing Responsibilities

- Create and distribute promotional materials (brochures, videos, ads).
- Manage online presence (website, social media, blogs).

Digital Marketing
- Run online advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads).
- Optimize search engine rankings (SEO).
- Manage social media engagement and influencer collaborations.

Partnerships & Public Relations
- Collaborate with travel agencies, airlines, and tour operators.
- Engage with travel bloggers and media for coverage.
- Organize travel fairs, expos, and press trips.

Content Creation & Storytelling
- Write engaging travel blogs, articles, and itineraries.
- Produce high-quality photos and videos to showcase destinations.
Sales Responsibilities

Generating Leads & Converting Bookings
- Contact potential clients (corporate, group travelers, event planners).
- Offer customized travel packages and experiences.
- Close sales through phone calls, emails, and in-person meetings.

Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
- Maintain relationships with repeat clients.
- Handle inquiries, complaints, and provide excellent customer service.
- Follow up on leads and past travelers for repeat business.

Sales Promotions & Discounts
- Create seasonal offers, loyalty programs, and special discounts.
- Upsell and cross-sell travel experiences (e.g., hotel upgrades, tour add-ons).

Corporate & Group Sales
- Target MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions) travelers.
- Partner with businesses for corporate travel packages.

Reporting & Performance Tracking
- Monitor sales performance and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Set and achieve revenue targets.
Requirements:
Education & Qualifications
- Diploma Marketing, Tourism, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Certifications in digital marketing, sales, or travel management (optional but beneficial).
Skills & Competencies
