This individual will take the lead in growing, nurturing, and elevating a private community influential entrepreneurs, creatives, and cultural tastemakers. This is a high-profile role suited to an individual with exceptional social intelligence, luxury lifestyle awareness, and a deep understanding of how to build, engage, and retain an elite network. ??? ???????????????? Drive membership acquisition, engagement, and retention strategies Manage the full member journey from application to onboarding and communications Curate and execute a calendar of tailored events, talks, and member activations Liaise with F&B, marketing, and operational teams to ensure seamless member experiences Uphold brand discretion, tone of voice, and exclusivity at all times Monitor member feedback and satisfaction metrics to support continuous improvement ???????????? & ??????????
