Job Summary
- Regularly review our leads/customers in the CRM and make contact where required
- Onboard new customers with data entry on multiple platforms
- Respond to inbound enquiries via phone and email
- Collaborate with other departments to streamline operations and improve customer satisfaction
- Support general operations in the business when time allows
Requirements
- Excellent customer service with a desire to ensure every customer is a happy customer. We have over 150 FIVE STAR reviews and excellence is all we know.
- Good experience of using digital platforms; CRM, geo-mapping, email platforms etc.
- Strong communication skills on an internal and external basis
- General knowledge of central England, and the location of key towns and cities located within it Extensive experience in the above is not essential, as training will be provided, but basic demonstrations will be requested during the interview process.
