<p>A luxury boutique property collection based in De Waterkant is seeking an organised and proactive Office Manager / PA to provide high-level administrative support to all Heads of Departments. This role requires a multi-skilled professional who can ensure smooth day-to-day operations while handling confidential matters with discretion.</p><p><strong>Duties and Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li><p>Provide administrative and PA support to all HODs, including scheduling, correspondence, and documentation</p></li><li><p>Coordinate office operations and ensure efficient communication between departments</p></li><li><p>Organise and maintain filing systems, both digital and physical</p></li><li><p>Assist with report preparation, data analysis, and presentations as required by management</p></li><li><p>Manage diary scheduling, travel arrangements, and meeting coordination</p></li><li><p>Screen and prioritise communications, emails, and phone calls for HODs</p></li><li><p>Support recruitment processes, induction, and HR-related administration</p></li><li><p>Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion</p></li><li><p>Coordinate procurement of office supplies and manage vendor relationships</p></li><li><p>Prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items from meetings</p></li><li><p>Liaise with external stakeholders and represent the company in a professional manner</p></li><li><p>Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures across administrative functions</p></li><li><p>Support the executive team with ad hoc projects and operational requirements</p></li></ul><p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p><ul><li><p>Minimum 5 years experience as an Office Manager, PA, or Executive Assistant, within hospitality or luxury brands</p></li><li><p>Strong organisational and multitasking skills with attention to detail</p></li><li><p>Excellent written and verbal communication skills</p></li><li><p>Proficiency in MS Office and office management software</p></li><li><p>Professional demeanour and ability to build relationships at all levels</p></li><li><p>Strong initiative and problem-solving capabilities</p></li><li><p>Ability to work independently while supporting multiple HODs simultaneously</p></li><li><p>Flexible and adaptable with a positive attitude</p></li></ul><p>To apply, please upload a copy of your updated CV and recent profile photo along with any written or telephonic reference.</p>
