As the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of warehouse operations, including inventory management, order fulfillment, and logistics. Responsibilities

• Direct and achieve operational objectives.
• Oversee accounts and manage financial aspects of the operation.
• Manage inventory levels to ensure optimal stock levels and minimize wastage.
• Oversee warehouse processes and manage staff to ensure efficient operations.
• Handle inbound and outbound logistics to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
• Continue the digital transformation of warehouse operations to improve efficiency and accuracy.

Requirements:

• 2-5 years of experience in warehousing and distribution or supply chain. (Compulsory)
• Degree or diploma in supply chain, logistics, or business management. (Compulsory)
• Experience in the Cosmetics Industry.
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage and motivate a team.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in using inventory management and logistics software (ERP), MS Office especially Excel. (Compulsory)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Process oriented.
• Experience with digital transformation initiatives in warehouse operations.
