An upmarket and vibrant hostel group is looking for a fun, energetic, and guest-focused Overnight Receptionist to join the team at one of its Cape Town properties. Minimum Requirements: Matric certificate (Grade 12) Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar reception role within the hotel or hostel industry Able to work night shifts from 23:00 to 07:30 Key Skills & Attributes: High energy and a positive, team-oriented attitude Excellent customer service Professional personal presentation and grooming Strong verbal, written, and telephonic communication skills Reliable, responsible, and calm under pressure Confident dealing with conflict and difficult situations Strong planning, organisation, and time management abilities Knowledge of local attractions, events, and hospitality services Computer literate Excel, Word, and hotel PMS systems (Opera, Cloudbeds, or similar) Application Requirements: Please include the following with your application: A short cover letter A recent photo Written references Your updated CV Candidates must be available for an in-person interview in Cape Town.
