Hire Resolve, a reputable Engineering Recruitment Agency, is currently looking for a skilled Electrical Engineer to join a well-established company based in Cape Town.

As an Electrical Engineer, you will be responsible for carrying out a variety of engineering tasks, such as designing and analyzing electrical systems, performing calculations to ensure compliance with safety standards, and collaborating with other professionals to troubleshoot and solve issues.

We are looking for a candidate who is detail-oriented, has excellent problem-solving skills, and possesses strong technical knowledge in electrical engineering.

Responsibilities:

• Designing and analyzing electrical systems and equipment
• Performing calculations and analysis to ensure compliance with safety standards
• Collaborating with technicians, contractors, and other professionals to troubleshoot and resolve issues
• Preparing and presenting technical reports and project documentation
• Ensuring projects are completed within budget and on schedule

Requirements: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in electrical engineering & 3 years after post registration
• Registered with ECSA as a Professional Engineer or an Engineering Technician/Technologist
• Proficiency in electrical design software and tools
• Strong knowledge of electrical codes, standards, and regulations
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Have experience working on Health care building construction (advantage)
