Job Summary
DLK Group is seeking a highly experienced Principal SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) Functional Analyst to lead the implementation, configuration, and optimization of SAP PM solutions. The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of SAP experience, with extensive involvement in more than five full-cycle SAP PM implementations. This role demands expertise in system configuration, solution analysis, and project execution to enhance plant maintenance operations.
Key
Responsibilities:
- Business Analysis & Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to assess plant maintenance requirements and translate them into SAP solutions.
- Solution Design & Configuration: Configure SAP PM modules to align with business needs, including preventive maintenance, work order management, and asset tracking.
- Integration & Implementation: Work on seamless integration of SAP PM with other SAP modules such as MM, PP, and FI.
- Project Execution: Lead full-cycle SAP PM implementation projects, ensuring efficient deployment and adherence to project timelines.
- System Optimization & Troubleshooting: Monitor system performance, identify areas for improvement, and resolve technical issues.
- User Support & Training: Provide end-user training and support to ensure efficient utilization of the SAP PM system.
- Compliance & Best Practices: Ensure adherence to industry best practices, safety regulations, and governance policies.
Requirements
Qualifications Required:
- SAP PM Certification (Proof of certification must be provided when submitting CV).
Experience Required:
- 8+ years of SAP experience specializing in Plant Maintenance.
- Successful track record of more than five SAP PM implementations from design to deployment.
Core Skills:
- SAP PM System Configuration and Set-up
- Analysis and Solution Implementation for optimising plant maintenance processes
- Project Execution with strong stakeholder engagement and documentation capabilities
Mandatory
Requirements:
- 8+ years of SAP experience in Plant Maintenance
- SAP PM Certification
- Proven experience in more than five SAP PM implementations
