About the Role

Village N Life, a leading local Tourism and Hospitality group, is seeking a dynamic Project Manager to join their team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for managing seasonal and one-off projects, ensuring that high standards are met across all facilities. With a passion for hospitality and strong project management skills, you will play a crucial role in creating exceptional experiences for our guests.

Key Responsibilities

Manage seasonal and once-off projects across various locations
Coordinate with stakeholders and contractors to oversee project logistics
Create an environment where every detail is expertly executed
Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
Identify and manage project risks and issues proactively
Ensure projects adhere to established asset management policies and procedures

Requirements

A minimum of 5-8 years of experience in project management with a strong understanding of construction
Proven track record of successfully managing projects from start to finish, including experience with budgeting, financial planning, and cost control
Excellent planning and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines
Strong communication and leadership skills to effectively manage teams, collaborate with stakeholders, and report to senior executives

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in construction management, Business Administration, or a related field
