About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and passionate Barrister with mixology experience to join our upmarket restaurant team in Cape Town. As a key member of our team, you will be expected to bring your expertise in both law and mixology to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in managing daily operations of the restaurant
- Provide expert legal advice as needed
- Create innovative cocktails using various ingredients and techniques
- Maintain high standards of customer service and satisfaction
- Collaborate with senior management to develop new business strategies
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) or equivalent
- At least 2 years of experience as an assistant restaurant manager or floor supervisor
- Strong knowledge of mixology principles and practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
- International experience is highly desirable
Qualifications
- LLB degree from a recognized institution
Salary & Benefits
- R16,000 – R23,000 per month (salary only)
