About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Corporate Sales Manager to join our client in Cape Town. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding the company’s presence in the hospitality industry. With minimal day-to-day management required, this role offers an excellent opportunity for an independent operator who can hit the ground running.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate independently with minimal day-to-day management
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients and partners
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis
- Manage sales performance data and report on results
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in corporate sales or a related field
- Proven track record of success in driving sales growth
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Qualifications
- Relevant degree or diploma (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
Salary & Benefits
- Basic gross salary: ± R40 000 per month
- 6% pension medical aid contribution (50/50 employer/employee split)
- Strong sales performance based incentive scheme of up to 20% of annual gross salary, paid quarterly
- R1 000 cellphone allowance and R1 000 travel allowance
