This pivotal role will lead the launch and positioning of multiple new high-end lodge and hotel properties across Southern and East Africa, ensuring strong brand alignment, strategic partnerships, and revenue growth across diverse markets. Key Responsibilities Lead regional sales and market development across luxury hotel and lodge portfolios. Build and manage high-value relationships with trade partners, agents, and key global accounts. Design and implement sales strategies to launch and position new properties successfully. Represent the brand at major trade fairs, roadshows, and luxury travel events. Collaborate closely with marketing, operations, and PR teams to ensure cohesive brand representation. Deliver comprehensive business plans and performance forecasts for senior leadership. Mentor and inspire a growing sales team to achieve revenue and guest satisfaction goals. Analyse sales data, market trends, and competitor activity to identify new opportunities. Candidate Profile Minimum Requirements: Proven experience in luxury hotel or lodge sales within Sub-Saharan Africa. Minimum 5 years in a senior sales or regional sales management role . Diploma or Degree in Sales, Marketing, or Hospitality Management . Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Strong strategic and creative thinker, able to convert vision into measurable results. Confident in managing relationships at executive and trade partner level.
