About the Role
The Finance Assistant / Office Administrator role at Dante Group Ltd is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team in Cape Town. As a key member of our administrative support, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing financial transactions, and maintaining accurate records.
Key Responsibilities
- Basic office administration and reception duties
- Invoice customers and issue quotations
- Perform telephonic collections for outstanding payments
- Compile debtors control sheet
- Match and batch creditors
- General filing and record-keeping
- Respond to client inquiries
- Other general administrative duties as required
Requirements
- Afrikaans home language
- Matric
- Previous experience on Pastel Partner
- Experience with Debtors and Creditors, invoicing, and quotations
