✨ HIRING | SALES ADMIN COORDINATOR ✨ Are you a detail-driven team player with a passion for hospitality and relationship-building? We’re looking for a Sales Administration Coordinator to support our dynamic Sales team and build strong professional relationships with trade partners and suppliers. What you’ll need: ✔️ Grade 12 (Hotel / Sales & Marketing qualification advantageous) ✔️ 3 years hotel, reservations, guest-facing or admin experience ✔️ Strong MS Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel) ✔️ CRM & PMS exposure (Opera, Maximiser or Salesforce advantageous) ✔️ Excellent English communication skills ✔️ Highly presentable & flexible to work weekends/holidays What you’ll do: • Support the Sales Department administratively • Assist with supplier and trade relationships • Coordinate site inspections and sales support activities Apply now and become part of an iconic luxury hotel brand.
