Minimum
Requirements:
Minimum qualification: Qualified Electrician or Electrical Certification from a Technical school is required (Red Seal and Wireman`s license is Advantageous) Minimum 2 years` experience in a similar role with the relevant installations experience will be highly advantageous Technical aptitude and knowledge of construction, manufacturing and mining equipment would be advantageous Basic knowledge on drawings, effect modifications and preparations of export installations is beneficial Strong knowledge of VSDs and PLCs (operation, installation, and programming) Experience with communication protocols such as Ethernet/IP, Modbus TCP, Modbus RTU, and IO-Link (advantageous) Familiarity with process sensors like Pt100, calorimetric flow meters, ultrasonic level sensors, and pressure transmitters (essential) High level of planning and organizational skills with the ability to build relations with clientele is required Fault-finding, maintenance, and repairs, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, Reading and interpreting electrical drawings Must be proficient in English Must be willing to travel with a Valid drivers license is essential Computer literate on MS Office is preferred Consultant: Tiara Naidoo – Dante Personnel Cape Town Apply via our website
