About the Role
Kendrick Recruitment is currently seeking an experienced and creative Marketing Manager for a luxury hotel collection based in Cape Town. This is an exciting opportunity for a strategic marketing professional to drive brand visibility, revenue growth, and exceptional guest experiences across multiple high-end properties.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage projects and write reports on marketing performance
- Lead meetings with the marketing team and third-party suppliers
- Coordinate events and activations to promote brand awareness
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a marketing management role, preferably within hospitality or boutique hotels
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing, content creation, and public relations
- Proficiency in CRM systems, analytics tools, and design software advantageous
- Demonstrated experience in developing and executing marketing strategies and budgets
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a marketing management role (as listed above)
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Business, or related field
- Certification in digital marketing or public relations preferred
