Job Title: Reservationist – CBD Region

Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Reservationist to join our 4-star hotel’s Reservations Department in Cape Town. The successful candidate will handle guest reservations efficiently while delivering high standards of service and ensuring accuracy across all booking channels.
Key Responsibilities
Handle individual (FIT) reservations via phone, email, and online platforms
Capture, amend, and cancel reservations accurately on the hotel PMS
Respond to guest and agent enquiries in a timely and professional manner
Ensure correct application of rates, packages, and promotions
Liaise with Front Office, Sales, and Revenue teams as required
Maintain accurate guest profiles and reservation records
Upsell hotel products and services where appropriate
Requirements
Previous experience in a Reservations or Front Office role within a 4/5 star hotel environment is essential. The successful candidate should have working knowledge of a hotel PMS (Opera or similar) and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple bookings
