Reservationist – Luxury Hotel | Western Cape Kendrick Recruitment is seeking a detail-oriented and professional Reservationist to join a luxury hotel in the Western Cape. This is an exciting opportunity for an organised individual with excellent communication skills to manage bookings efficiently while delivering exceptional guest service. Requirements: · Previous experience as a Reservationist or in a similar administrative role within hospitality · Strong computer literacy with proficiency in PMS and reservation systems · Excellent verbal and written communication skills · High attention to detail with strong organisational abilities · Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively · Professional, guest-focused attitude with a commitment to service excellence Drivers Licence and Own Transport required Key Responsibilities: · Handle all reservation enquiries via phone, email, and online booking platforms with accuracy and professionalism · Ensure all reservations are recorded correctly in the Property Management System (PMS) · Provide guests with accurate information on rates, availability, and services offered · Manage group bookings, special requests, and VIP reservations effectively · Coordinate with front office, sales, and other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences · Monitor room allocations to maximise occupancy and revenue opportunities · Follow up on provisional bookings, deposits, and confirmations · Maintain up-to-date guest profiles and records for future stays Package: · Salary: R18,000 per month, negotiable depending on experience · Opportunity to work in a prestigious luxury hospitality environment To apply: Please send your updated CV, reference letters, qualifications, and a recent head & shoulders photo Please note: Only candidates who meet the listed requirements will be contacted.
