About the Role

As a Retail Sales Manager at Career Circuit, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth, managing day-to-day operations, and ensuring exceptional customer experiences. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the retail store, including staff management, inventory control, and customer service.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate the day-to-day activities of customer service, staff, stock and inventory workers, cashiers, and sales associates.
Interview and hire employees, direct training, and conduct performance evaluations.
Set work schedules and assign job duties for efficiency.
Provide customer service, including answering questions or responding to customer complaints.
Track inventory, place merchandise orders, monitor sales, sign off cash drawers reconciliations and receipts, and inspect the store to adjust product displays.
Ensure promotions are run accurately and to the Company’s standards.
Manage and motivate a team to increase sales and ensure efficiency.
Analyze sales figures and forecast future sales.
Use information technology to record sales figures, for data analysis and forward planning.

Requirements

Syspro experience required
Understanding of Retail processes and procedures
At least 4-5 years experience in Retail Sales
Previous Retail Management experience at least 2-3 years
Relevant experience and knowledge in the Industrial Hardware, Steel & Fluid Control Industries
