About the Role
A Sales Consultant is sought for a hospitality service provider in Cape Town who requires an experienced sales professional to connect with accommodation owners, understand their needs, and guide them to the best product and channel mix to drive bookings and reduce admin.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify potential clients and leads that fit their ideal client profile
- Reach out via calls and emails to guide prospects through their options
- Ask thoughtful questions to understand client needs and priorities
- Keep all interactions and notes up to date in the CRM
- Present products and benefits consultatively, helping clients make informed decisions
- Build trust and strong relationships with clients, positioning the company as a partner
- Meet agreed sales targets while prioritizing the client experience
- Collaborate with the onboarding team for smooth handovers
Requirements
- At least 2 years of sales experience in the hospitality or travel industry
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills
- Friendly, professional, and confident approach to client interactions
- Organised and able to manage multiple accounts while maintaining a seamless client journey
- Curious, open to feedback, and committed to improving client outcomes
