A Sales Consultant is sought for this hospitality service provider who constantly receives a steady stream of accommodation owners who want help choosing the right solution for their business. The purpose of this role is to connect with them, understand what they’re trying to fix, and guide them to the best product and channel mix so they can get more bookings and cut out unnecessary admin. Job Function: Identify potential clients and leads that fit their ideal client profile, ensuring you focus on opportunities where they can make the biggest impact. Reach out via calls and emails to guide prospects through their options, showing them the value of the product in a clear, client-focused way. Ask thoughtful questions to understand client needs and priorities, helping them feel understood and supported. Keep all interactions and notes up to date in the CRM, making sure the client journey is seamless and transparent. Present products and benefits consultatively, helping clients make the right choices for their business. Build trust and strong relationships, positioning the company as a partner, not just a service. Meet agreed sales targets while keeping the client experience front of mind. Collaborate with the onboarding team to ensure a smooth handover, making clients feel confident and in control from start to finish. Requirements” At least 2 years of sales experience, ideally in the hospitality or travel industry with a focus on helping clients succeed. Excellent written and spoken communication skills, with the ability to explain solutions clearly and simply. Friendly, professional, and confident approach that prioritizes client needs. Organised and able to manage multiple accounts while keeping the client journey seamless. Curious, open to feedback, and committed to improving client outcomes. Comfortable working with targets, KPIs, and deadlines, without compromising the quality of the client experience. Working hours: Monday to Friday 08h30 to 17h00
