About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Stores Coordinator to join our team at our Cape Town City Centre facility, responsible for overseeing daily operations and ensuring efficient inventory management.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of the Stores/Warehouse
- Ensure efficient inventory management
- Stock control of raw materials, maintenance spares, consumables & other items
- Purchasing of raw materials, maintenance spares, consumables & other items
- Planning to ensure smooth supply chain processes
- Compliance with Food Safety policies
- Report writing
- Inspect products to ensure compliance with specifications and quality standards
- Conduct routine checks
- Assist in resolving quality issues
- Follow all health and safety procedures
- Use appropriate PPE and maintain a safe work environment
Requirements
- Degree in Supply Chain or related
- Minimum 5 years experience in Stores management and Procurement
- Familiar with Food safety regulations and warehouse practices
- Hold a valid Drivers License
- Fluent in English
