About the Role
Our client, a renowned and well-established construction company in the Western Cape, is seeking an experienced Senior Site Engineer to join their successful team in Cape Town. This immediate opportunity is for a seasoned building professional with proven track record on commercial, industrial, and residential projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage sites, ensure compliance with regulations and standards
- Supervise site teams, coordinate activities and resources
- Develop and implement construction plans, schedules, and budgets
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and identify potential issues
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and clients to resolve design and logistical challenges
Requirements
- National Diploma in Building / BTech in Construction Management
- 6-10 years of experience working for reputable building contractors in site engineering capacity
- Must have worked for reputable, established building contractors
- New build and refurbishment project experience
- Valid driver’s license (Code B minimum)
Qualifications
- Completed National Diploma in Building or BTech in Construction Management
