About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Manager to join our team in Cape Town. As a key member of our operations, you will be responsible for overseeing daily site activities, ensuring compliance with safety, environmental, and legal regulations, while driving business growth and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily operations, ensuring strict compliance with safety, environmental, and legal regulations
- Recruit, train staff members, enhancing service efficiency and productivity
- Manage inventory levels for fuel and convenience store products, reducing discrepancies and optimizing stock
- Monitor sales, manage budgets, and perform cash reconciliation to maximize profitability and reduce losses
- Resolve customer complaints promptly, improving satisfaction and driving repeat business
- Open and close shop, complete daily manager’s check sheet, and maintain general security awareness and accountability as senior on site
- Ensure correct freezer temperatures and general maintenance management of the site
- Perform general day-to-day duties and ad-hoc projects as required
