ProStaffSelect are in search of a dynamic and highly organised SOUS CHEF to take on the role as a “SALES EXECUTIVE”. Someone who is highly knowledgeable & passionate about premium food products that can drive sales growth while building strong customer relationships and providing an essential & efficient service to the industry. This position requires frequent travel to engage with clients and to support their business needs while ensuring exceptional service delivery so candidates need to already be based in or close to the Southern Suburbs. REQUIREMENTS: Min 5 years experience in a Senior role as a SOUS CHEF or FMCG focusing on food & hospitality sector. Previous experience as a chef is best and any form of working with premium fine foods is a huge advantage. Strong confidence to engage in technical discussions regarding food or food preparation with an excellent understanding of high-quality, premium products. Evidence / Proven track record of achieving sales targets & growing customer relations. Exceptional planning & organizational skills to manage clients and coordinate with internal personnel. Excellent verbal & written communication skills in English. Well-presented and highly professional appearance. Highly proficient in using computers for sales tracking & customer management. Must have own reliable transport & a valid SA driver’s license. Cool-headed and composed to work efficiently under pressure and maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.
