Job Description

Faircom, the telecommunications division of the Faircape Group, is seeking a strong and detail-oriented Temp Administrator to assist with a focused data clean-up project within our Claremont office. This is a one-month contract role suited to a highly organised individual who enjoys structured administrative work, working through large volumes of information, and ensuring accuracy and consistency across systems. We are looking for someone who is immediately available, highly reliable, and ideally residing close to the Southern Suburbs for ease of travel. Role Summary The successful candidate will support the Faircom team with a structured data clean-up project, ensuring information across internal systems and databases is accurate, complete, and properly aligned. This is a hands-on administrative role requiring strong attention to detail, consistency, and the ability to work independently within clear deadlines. Key Responsibilities Review and clean existing data across internal systems Identify discrepancies, duplications, and incomplete records Capture, update, and correct information accurately from various sources Ensure data integrity and consistency across platforms / Software Maintain structured tracking of work completed Work closely with management to report on progress Meet daily and weekly clean-up targets Requirements Essential: Proven experience in a strong administrative role High level of attention to detail and accuracy Strong computer literacy (Excel and system navigation) Ability to work methodically and independently Reliable, punctual, and deadline-driven Resides close to the Southern Suburbs Advantageous: Experience working with databases or CRM systems Specific Requirements Clear health record Clear criminal record Clear credit record Contactable written references Normal working hours are Mondays to Fridays from 08h00 until 17h00 with a 45 minute lunch break. The company allows employees, by approval of the direct manager, to work flexi time between 06h30 and 18h30.
