Key Responsibilities
- Manage the internal flow of work between creative, strategy, content, and media teams, ensuring clear timelines and deliverables.
- Assist with planning, scheduling, and tracking the delivery of marketing campaigns, across email, social, paid media, and web.
- Maintain up-to-date campaign calendars and production schedules, helping flag potential resource or delivery bottlenecks.
- Upload and schedule content or assets across tools like Klaviyo, CMS platforms, and ad managers as needed.
- Support QA checks on deliverables (copy, links, formatting, functionality) before deployment.
- Act as a central point for daily operational updates, briefings, and reminders ensuring teams are aligned on priorities.
Requirements
- 13 years of experience in digital marketing, traffic management, or production support (agency or in-house).
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Familiarity with digital marketing processes and tools, especially in content and performance marketing.
- Experience coordinating multiple teams or task streams simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
