Key Responsibilities

Manage the internal flow of work between creative, strategy, content, and media teams, ensuring clear timelines and deliverables.
Assist with planning, scheduling, and tracking the delivery of marketing campaigns, across email, social, paid media, and web.
Maintain up-to-date campaign calendars and production schedules, helping flag potential resource or delivery bottlenecks.
Upload and schedule content or assets across tools like Klaviyo, CMS platforms, and ad managers as needed.
Support QA checks on deliverables (copy, links, formatting, functionality) before deployment.
Act as a central point for daily operational updates, briefings, and reminders ensuring teams are aligned on priorities.

Requirements

13 years of experience in digital marketing, traffic management, or production support (agency or in-house).
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Familiarity with digital marketing processes and tools, especially in content and performance marketing.
Experience coordinating multiple teams or task streams simultaneously.
Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
