Relief Night Auditor | Luxury Hotel | Cape Town Salary: Negotiable depending on experience | Live-Out Position Kendrick Recruitment is currently seeking a Relief Night Auditor for a prestigious luxury hotel located in Cape Town . This position is ideal for a detail-oriented individual who thrives in a structured environment and has experience in overnight hotel operations. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth night-time operations and accurate end-of-day reporting. Key Responsibilities: Perform nightly audits of all hotel transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance Reconcile and balance daily revenue and expense reports Prepare financial summaries and reports for management review Manage late guest check-ins and early departures, providing professional and courteous service Monitor guest activity and ensure the safety and security of the property overnight Address and resolve any guest concerns or emergencies during night hours Work closely with the Front Office and Accounts departments to ensure seamless communication Maintain accurate records and support hotel systems during overnight hours Requirements: Prior experience in a similar Night Auditor or Night Receptionist role within a luxury hospitality environment Strong numerical and administrative skills Proficient in hotel reservation and accounting systems (e.g., OPERA or similar) Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving ability Ability to work independently and manage responsibilities with minimal supervision Strong communication and customer service skills Willingness to work night shifts on a relief basis, including weekends and public holidays This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a leading luxury hotel brand in one of South Africas most iconic locations.
