Job Summary
Our client, a fast growing upmarket hospitality group, is seeking a dedicated Restaurant Manager to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the food and beverage industry and possess exceptional leadership skills and a hunger to build a new and soon to be loved family restaurant in an exceptional setting
- Responsibilities*
– Oversee daily restaurant operations
– Manage and lead a team of staff members, including hiring, training, and scheduling
– Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service
– Monitor food preparation and presentation
– Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed
– Implement and uphold food safety standards
– Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations
– Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly
Skills*– Staff recruitment and training
– Bar management experience
– Hospitality management skills
– Proficient in food safety regulations
– Strong kitchen management abilities
– Effective leadership qualities
– Knowledge of food service management practices
– Experience in conducting interviews for hiring purposes
– Cooking experience is a plus
