Job Summary
Hire Resolve’s client is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Sales and Marketing Manager to join. As a Sales and Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth and increase our market presence.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve company goals.
- Manage the sales team and provide leadership and guidance for their professional growth.
- Analyse market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective execution of sales and marketing strategies.
- Monitor and track sales performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions.
- Prepare and present sales and marketing reports to senior management.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to ensure our competitive advantage.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Develop and manage marketing campaigns to promote our products and services.
- Participate in industry events and conferences to network and generate leads.
- Manage the sales and marketing budget to ensure effective resource allocation.
- Lead market research initiatives to gather insights and identify customer needs.
- Develop and maintain knowledge of our products and services to effectively communicate their value to customers.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales and marketing roles, preferably in the recruitment industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to think strategically and develop innovative solutions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Self-motivated and result-oriented.
- Valid driver’s license.
