Hospitality and Outdoor New Vacancy Sales Manager Aparthotels- Cape Town The Sales Executive will be primarily responsible for executing the sales strategy, with the ultimate objective of maximizing revenues across all revenue generating outlets to include accommodation and food and beverage. Requirements At least 5 years plus experience of a similar role within the hospitality industry sales specific. Commercially focused, ability to analyse market data and be results driven. Articulate, confident communicator at all levels both with colleagues and clients. Strong understanding of digital marketing including web analytics metrics and tools. Ambitious, creative and the ability to influence decisions. Elevated level of customer focus and understanding. Roles and Responsibilities Devise and implement the overall, Annual, Quarterly and Monthly Sales plans for the individual hotels within the group and the overall group and actively implement and monitor its progress in terms of achieving budgets and revenues. Liaise with the Managing Director and other Head Office parties in adopting price strategies across the Hotel Group. Build-on and develop relationships with our current and potential clients. Analyse current markets and identify new potential clients. Tour series contracting. Corporate and Government Sales and contracting. Production and Shipping contracting. Organise and conduct site inspections and familiarization trips in conjunction with the Hotels team. Develop and agree departmental sales plans and communicate them clearly to all parties. Ensure in house promotional material is current, effective and supports any new sales promotions. Manage the guest database and ensure that clients details are accurate and up to date. Ensure that all client correspondence is tracked and recorded, including quotations and contracts. Represent the company at selected consumer trade fairs, mall promotions and tourism events both at local and national level. Organise on and off-site client entertainment like corporate golf days. Always maintain the highest standards of professional conduct when dealing with clients, suppliers, guests, staff etc. Submit weekly Sales activity reports to the Managing Director. Monitor the progress of your sales through weekly activity reports. Package on offer R 35 000 Gross pm, based on experience Target based incentive Company vehicle and phone Starting Date: February 2026
