About the Role
Surge is seeking a highly skilled Sectional Title Portfolio Manager to join a leading property management company based in Cape Town. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing sectional titles and a passion for delivering exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage sectional title portfolios, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations
- Develop and implement effective management strategies to optimize portfolio performance
- Collaborate with stakeholders, including homeowners’ associations and property owners
- Analyze financial reports and make data-driven decisions to inform portfolio management
- Ensure timely and efficient resolution of disputes and issues
Requirements
- Minimum Matric qualification
- At least 3 years experience in Sectional Title / HOA Property Management
- Candidates based in Cape Town will be prioritised
- A business or financial qualification and a Paddocks Certificate will be advantageous (if not specified, this section can be skipped)
